The line includes :
– Rotho dryer for 2,970 places
– boards 1400×1100,
– Sicoma MP2250 / 1500 mixer,
– charge for 4 materials for production,
– silos 120 and 60 tons,
– packing robot,
– Tugeb stretch foil wrapping machine,
– over a dozen forms, mainly produced by Rampf Formen
The line has been operating since 2009, only 5 days a week. It is used for the production of ceiling blocks and concrete blocks.
The line layout was built under the existing hall so it does not take up much space. For this reason, the manufacturer used a packaging robot instead of a traditional stacker.
